Questions about pricing
What counts as a request?
Any call that reaches your API through the Nuxlio gateway counts as one request, including requests that are rate-limited or return an error. Static asset caching at the edge does not count against your quota.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my plan's request limit?
We'll email you when you're approaching your limit. On the Hobby plan, traffic is throttled after your limit is reached; on Pro and Enterprise, you're billed for overage at a fixed per-request rate instead of being cut off.
Do you offer a free trial for Pro?
Yes — every new account gets a 14-day trial of Pro features, no credit card required. You can downgrade to Hobby at any time during or after the trial.
